Neymar já esperava vitória na Justiça e ainda tem problemas para resolver

Atacante passará por processo administrativo da Receita Federal e também enfrenta problema na Justiça Espanhola

Neymar conseguiu uma vitória na Justiça nesta terça-feira (30), mas ela é pequena diante dos problemas que o atacante do Barcelona ainda tem para resolver. Inclusive o advogado dele disse que já esperava o resultado anunciado pelo Tribunal Regional Federal.
Neymar e o pai dele foram acusados pelo Ministério Público sonegação e fraude fiscal. Mas a denúncia já tinha sido recusada em 1ª instância. O que aconteceu nesta terça foi apenas a rejeição do recurso apresentado pelo MPF.
Advogado de Neymar, Davi Tangerino disse que "foi um grande passo", mas já esperava o esperava o resultado: "a decisão de hoje já era esperada por nós, até porque o Carf já tinha decidido desta forma antes. Tanto é que foi por unanimidade".
O problema para Neymar é que Justiça só recusou o recurso porque ainda há um procedimento administrativo sendo feito pela Receita Federal. Isso precisa ser feito antes da denúncia, no entendimento do TRF.
E além desse processo na Justiça brasileiro, Neymar ainda encara outro problema fiscal na Espanha. O grupo DIS processou o jogador porque alega que detinha 40% dos direitos econômicos do atleta e se sentiu lesado.

Haas Shocks Federer At MercedesCup

Tommy Haas  has become the lowest-ranked player to beat  Roger Federer  since World No. 407 Bjorn Phau at the Citi Open in Washington. The 39-year-old German knocked out the top seed of the  MercedesCup  in the second round on Wednesday, rallying 2-6, 7-6, 6-4.
